He has also represented many corporate and institutional clients in marketing and leasing flagship properties throughout the Chicagoland marketplace. Sample representations include The John Buck Company (Plaza 440), Hines Development (Three First National Plaza), Lend Lease (Equitable Building and NBC Buildings), General Motors (Oak and Rush), City of Chicago (Richard Daley Center lower concourse) and the Novogroder Companies.
Bob has exclusively represented national chains such as Starbucks (80 transactions) and Washington Mutual (157 transactions in 2 a year period) as well as Harris Bank, FedEx Office, White Hen Pantry, Alonti Deli, Paul Harris Stores, World Savings Bank, Caffe Baci and Wet Seal.
Bob has put his stamp on Michigan Avenue by completing 2 Starbucks transactions at 440 and 500 N. Michigan Avenue. He represented Paul Harris on the second level of the Realtor Building and he represented the landlords at 555 N. Michigan Avenue and 200 N. Michigan Avenue where he was responsible for transactions including Chase, Starbucks, Parade of Shoes and Powerhouse Gym.
Bob also has significant experience in the Northwest Indiana and Wisconsin Markets with developments that include a 356-unit senior independent living apartment complex in Merrillville, IN.
In addition to being a real estate broker with licenses in Indiana and Illinois, Bob is an attorney with licenses to practice in Illinois and Maryland.
